As a Coach I work with people from all walks of life, in particular with people who are going through a period of change.
With change can come conflict and generally individuals struggle with the change as it makes them feel insecure and unsure of their position in life. The insecurity can manifest itself in many ways and often this results in conflict.
The conflict can be within the person as they try to reconcile the old way of being with the new, this is internal conflict, which may be expressed in many ways including heightened stress levels, changes in behaviour or attitude towards others and the inevitability of a drop in productivity.
Sometimes the conflict can be externally expressed with individuals seeking to blame others around them for their state of being.
This can result in inter-personal conflict and this can grow to affect the routine and day to day running of an organisation with internal wrangling getting in the way of progress for the organisation.
The good news is that it doesn’t have to be this way!
I am an experienced and qualified Coach with many years of working with people in educational and social settings and have helped numerous people achieve their goals through my skills. The methods I employ are wide and varied taking in intuitive questioning techniques, coaching skills, NLP as well as enhanced listening and questioning.
My work in conflict resolution is with individuals working in small companies. The aim of the coaching sessions is to recreate a harmonious working environment conducive to optimum productivity.
During the sessions I will explore with the client the conflict and the effect of this on themselves and their ability to work in the organisation, we will consider what needs to happen to resolve the issues that are apparent and then move towards an action plan.
Over six sessions the client will be encouraged to consider their values and beliefs, their attitude to change and they will be challenged and helped to move forward in a positive way towards a resolution.
A review will identify future needs and that may take the form of more focussed sessions or referral to other agencies in order to gain optimum benefit for the client and the organisation.
Research shows that training in organisations increases productivity by around 20% however training along with structured coaching sessions increases productivity by up to 80%.
Can your organisation afford not to invest in this aspect of staff development?
Why would you need to employ the services of a coach to sort out internal issues in your company?
The benefit of my services as the coach is that I would be non judgemental in my approach to you and your business, my work is totally confidential to you and I bring along a sense of independence from the issues to help you to look at your situation and move forward to achieve the best outcome.
All my work comes with a money back guarantee of satisfaction, however results in coaching are not guaranteed they are dependent on the client being motivated to want to change.
